Our house is being painted and before the mobile scaffolding is installed we have to have our neighbour's two overhead power cables sleeved as the scaffolding will be within two metres of their cables. The cables run about 16 meters alongside our house where the scaffolding will be, and the cables are only about four meters off the ground (!) and access under the power cables is from a completely flat lawn (see photo). Please quote for cable sleeving and removal.
