Tidy up of bits and bobs in central auckland

Hi there. I have a former light fitting that is hanging really low and needs to be shortened. 2x panic buttons need to be taken out (kids who love to press buttons are an issue), plus trimming the cord on the heated towel rail, fan and removal of man's shaver socket. Also a dodgy light switch which may be live (!). please see photos
