LED lights and extractor fan install

We want to: 1. convert 9 existing lights to LED throughout the house. 2. install 3 new LED lights in one bedroom. 3. replace 1 existing LED light. 4. install 2 x extractor fans in the bathrooms. We have the lig --- fans. We require a certified electrician to complete the install. Please note, all the lights are existing except for the 3 new ones to be installed in the bedroom.
