Nimble Attic Climber required

The thermostat or element on our hot water cylinder has been temperamental over the past week sometimes leaving us without hot water at night. We need someone to look at this and remedy for us before we get caught without hot water again! We’ve checked the power/fuse box and all is fine. The cylinder is located via a manhole into our attic. We can provide a ladder for access just thought I would mention in case some people don’t like heights or man holes!
