Install Bathroom Heat/Light/Extractor & Create Attic

Tradesperson required for two jobs (or one for each) 1) to source and install a heat/light/extractor in a small bathroom. The extractor will need to vent through the roof, so installation of a cowl also required. Property is a 2 storey townhouse - roof is corrugated iron by the looks of it. There is no internal access to the roof, will need a sodding great ladder to get up there. Quote will need to be for full job, including wiring. 2) Installation of folding attic stairs and creation of attic floor for storage space. Maybe installing a light too - haven't decided, depends on expense. Trussed roof. Absolutely happy for anyone to come around to view prior to providing a quote. Permission from the Body Corp is required before commencing work, so the quotes will need to contain an overview of the work that will be completed and the materials used (not too specifically, but enough to ensure the insurance company can't say it didn't know what was happening), and it may take a few weeks to obtain permission.
