Remove existing shower and vanity, install new shower over bath, build bath frame, rip out old toilet, install new toilet, install extractor fan and light in roof, waterproof and tile around bath and tile floor, plaster prep the room and paint. Got prouducts on way and cash already to start job asap!

Lazlo managed my full bathroom renovantion from start to finish. This included ripping out existing shower & vanity, re-gibbing floors for tiling , skimming and painting of all walls, all plumbing work including installation of new bath, shower, vanity, toilet and then tiled and waterproofed the enitire area himself. He has done an exceptional job in all areas and my bathroom has turned out much better than I could have expected. Lazlo was very reasonably priced but the quality of work was of the highest standard right down to the little finishing touches. Even when I wanted something changed that I chose, Lazlo did this without bother and gave me quite a few goods ideas on design himself. I will be using Lazlo for furture renovations I do around my house over the next year or so and would recommend him very highly!
