Renovation

We are looking to get quotes to renovate our villa. Renovation would include: Resiting of kitchen area, Removal of bathroom and addition of bathroom, removal of wall (load bearing), Fitting French doors and window, Resiting of window & replacing some weatherboards. Plans have been completed and Council consent received. When we purchased the property the villa had been split into two flats. There is a bathroom in the hallwall that needs to be removed and bathroom will need to be added at the end of the hallway. We need the two kitchens in the property removed and a new kitchen added. Removal of a wall to allow open plan living and french doors added. Preferably we would like work to go to someone that has sub contractors to get everything done (plumping .
