1. Replace existing down lights (17 x 125mm and 1 x 90mm) with LED down lights in preparation for adding ceiling insulation. 2. Add LED lighting in attic 3. Replace old switch board and relocate to other side of the wall. 4. Laundry - replace and re-position existing outlet and adding new outlet. 5. Kitchen - add new outlet 6. Maybe add one or two external power sockets
