Job description
Merging an old bathroom and toilet room into a single larger bathroom. The following needs to be done. + Installation of steam extraction fan unit + Installation of new lighting/heating + Installation of heated towel rail + Relocation of light switches as currently in wall that will be removed.

Martin got the job done well, with all of the work done to an good standard and provided good service when additional unexpected work was required. The original quote on which the job was awarded on did miss a few items (independent of the additional unexpected work) which made the final cost a little more than originally expected. Update: 6 months down the track the down lights are suffering from corosion, and failing. After speaking to staff at an electrical supplier they said that regular downlights should never have been installed in a bathroom, rather specific bathroom grade lights should have been used.
