Fix windows that are stuck, replace window stays and strip and paint windows

Most of the windows of my `1960s 3 bedroom bungalow are painted shut (8 windows). There are also two very small areas of rot. The windows need to be stripped of paint, planed back to open and close properly and window stays stripped of paint and replaced if necessary. The rot needs removing (I have already purchased wood hardener and builders bog for this). Then they will need to be repainted (I am happy to purchase the paint for this as I know what colour I want).
