Repair/replace wooden frames around aluminium windows. Replace step for deck.

Aluminium windows have wooden frames around them and in some places has become soft from moisture/rain, so most likely to be replaced or repaired. Will add photos later. Also we have timber to replace an outside step for the deck which has started rotting. Repair a small leak in plasterboard coming through garage wall.
