Replace 5 internal doors and handles

We are looking for someone to replace 5 internal doors at our house in Whau Valley. Work to start before end of October, ideally next week (beginning Mon 24 Oct). We have purchased new door handles that unfortunately do not fit into the existing handle and latch holes. So the work would be either fit the door handles to existing doors and patch any holes, or start with a new door. Would like advice on which is easier / quicker / cheaper.
