Hang doors & list of repair jobs - Morningside

Looking for someone to do this to a house in Morningside: -replace 2x external doors with new doors, deadbolts and handles -replace 2x damaged interior doors -replace all interior door handles with new cheap silver handles -install new bathroom vanity to replace existing with 1 row of white tiles for splashback -remove existing toilet roll holder and install new one -replace piece of cladding at back door with sheet of hardies or similar to repair hole -install piece of scotia in kitchen where it has been removed -remove existing handles from kitchen cupboards and replace with new modern silver handles after they have been painted -make sure timber windows all open and close properly by planing where needed and replace window latches where needed -repair gutter downpipe so it is connected to stormwater drain not splashing on ground -replace laundry tub with new 600 wide supertub -remove freestanding cupboard in kitchen that doesn’t match original cabinets -unscrew all light switches/powerpoints/light battens prior to painter going in as they are getting replaced Not after anything fancy just after a cheap job for a rental.
