Gradual water damage to house frame / studs / base board

My window either hasn’t been installed properly or the drains were never cleaned when it was a rental. I’ve removed the gib to reveal rotten timber framing, needing repair. I replaced the carpet 2 years ago and there was no floor damage so hopefully the rot isn’t too wide spread. Window sills will need replacing - maybe window too? Need advice on this. I’m looking to replace my ranch slider at some stage so would like to discuss this aswell (seperate job)
