Lots repairs needed, 1930s California bungalow, Coromandel St, Newtown. If you're the sort that turns up without note pad then no way you'll remember all the jobs to be done so don't contact me. Last time I posted work I got interest from people that hadn't done this type of work so don't waste my time. If you have insurance or licence then more likely to get it. If you're not aware, the market in Wgtn is dying due to the Govt worker staff cuts so I know the amount of work on offer is reducing. This house will require ongoing maintenance so keen to get one person and stick with them over years. 1930s California bungalow. Loads of rotted timber. Window sill broken off, others rotted. Broken window (replace with double glazing) Potential fence replacement (now more likely pushed out to end 2024). Bathroom ceiling is mouldy and flaky paint, likely total replacement. Soakers to corners? Rear French door is rubbing on bottom wood so taking of paint. Prime and paint foundation after crack repair. House is a rental but I plan to keep the house forever so want good long-term repairs. I'd be interested to know if you are linked to a property manager, as in you do repairs for them, as I’m considering a new property manager.
