French Door + Bathroom Window Replacement or Refurbish

Complete replacement vs refurbishment. Double glazing preferred. The main issues with the french doors are the following: - Unable to close properly at the bottom - security + draught issues causing a very cold kitchen! - Wood is rotting in parts of the timber. Bathroom window looks to have rotted in two of the corner attachments, with the top left corner completely coming apart.
