I have a timber double glazed window which the installer did not install properly, leading to the fact that I was unable to close it. The installer has moved away in the middle of the job so I cannot contact him any more for one year It probably takes you less than one hour or so if you have experience in installing timber windows. Easy access job. Please help. Thank you!
