Remove rusted hinges from frame, screws won’t budge and screwdriver slips. Size replacement sash to fit window. Replace butt hinge. Attach sash to window frame and make sure the window shuts smoothly. There is a window sash removed during a renovation that can be used as a replacement. Will pay for parts and labour time.
