repair wooden window frames & replace glass panes

Hi there, We are needing to get a quote on repairing a few wooden window frames and panes. we have just recently gone unconditional on a house, and don't settle until this Friday. but would be good to line some people up to come in to quote up a job for us next week. I have attached some photos, which were from the builders report, so they are the best we can get until settlement date. Basically there are about 3 windows that will require glass replacement as they are cracked in the corners. Also the previous owners repaired these window units by heavily sealing them but not to a tradesman like standard, so the timber joinery would benefit from being further prepped and properly sealed (we can paint). The window joinery apparently operate but is binding and difficult to open with the stay link patched up (the photos will show this hopefully). It would be good to get all windows throughout the house checked for ease of opening, as a few proved to be difficult to open and i didn't want to force them before we settled on the house. We are on a fairly tight deadline, due to us needing to get the property up to standard ASAP once we settle. Thank you, Philippa & Ben
