Install sliding door which has dropped off track
Job description
Hi there, recently when opening one of our external sliding doors, it has come off the track and despite hubby and I trying to put back, it is proving difficult. Should be a quick straight forward job and want done asap. Thanks

Matt came to fix our sliding door which had fallen off its track. Didn't think it was a complex job but took several hours and then Matt dropped the door & glass broke. He said he would organise for a Glazier to fix glass so he could then return and put door back on track. However when I contacted him, he advised to contact our insurer and get it fixed that way. I was not happy with this and said his insurance should cover it as it was obviously his fault. He then told us he had no insurance.

"i did tell you before i started working with old 25year plus glass if it breaks its on you the home owner and you never paid me plus you wanted new double glazed doors to be install which at the waiting time for them to get made is way over 6 months cheers thanks for the review"
