Replace and/or repair/upcycle metal fittings on front door

I want to improve the look of my front (only) door. First I need to replace the metal fittings most of which are rusted. I wondered if there was a cosmetic solution to the handles though which means they wouldn’t need to have their keys replaced? Let me know :)

Raj was quick to respond and his availability to complete the work on my door was great - it was pretty much next day. There was an issue with the door knob installation but he popped round to fix it right away.
