Repair front and back doors so they can close and lock

The wood has expanded so they cannot be closed properly and hence cannot be locked. They are 70's style double doors the inside edge, where the doors meet needs to be scraped down with something providing sufficient gap so they can be painted. I have attempted it myself but don't have the tools I need. As the doors cannot be locked the job is very urgent. Both front and back doors need to be done.
