Replacing a Window with a new Door

We have recently had a deck added to our house and would like to have an existing window replaced with a door so that the deck can be accessed. The new door is to be narrower than the existing window, so the existing lintel will remain and no building consent will be required, as per schedule 1 of the building act. The new works are as follow: The existing window is to be removed and weatherboards cut out for new door Allow to adjust framing and weatherboards to suit the new door Install all required flashings in accordance with building compliance document E2 Supply and install exterior door with jambs, head, sill, seals and facing. Door to be 2 lite style which is 1980mm high, and 800-850mm wide. Modify internal gib walls, plaster, and wallpaper (wallpaper provided) as required. Paint door, frame, and weatherboards (paint provided) Remove all waste New exterior door to be Cedar, with Stainless steel hinges, screws, and fixings, and draft seals. The door glass is to be safety glass. Please provide a price for both single and double glazing. To include the installation of door handles, locks, and deadbolts (hardware provided).
