Install exisiting wooden door and frame in doorway

We need a door and frame installed in existing doorway. After someone with a can do positive attitude, fair price and who won't try overcomplicating the task. Want to install an existing door and trim at the base of our stairs (see pic). Will require some packing and bit of finishing. Picture shows door and space it will occupy. I will paint so this is just a quote for the install. For ref gap is 2140 H x780 W. Door (including frame) is 2010mm H x 660mm W x 90mm D. Open to suggestive if you feel it worth lengthening door and frame to make them taller to fit the gap (given 130mm difference) - if that's a thing that's done. ie to keep top of door frame as high as possible to avoid people hitting their head coming down the stairs. I have plenty of 2"x4" and ply if needed to use for packing...fwiw No immediate rush, will just depend on cost and availability really. Thanks in advance.
