Job description
- The window head flashings are showing signs of corrossion,they should be rust treated,primed then painted or replaced. - The aluminium windows should have the seals replaced. - The weatherboards should be filled ,spot primed and repainted where necessary. - Cladding should be repaired or replaced.

Warning - Initial contact was great with job been quoted and started within a week of posting the job! Paid Eli after completing half the job thinking he would be back within the next week to complete resealing the windows. 6-7 weeks later Eli is still not replying my txts, ignoring my calls and if he does pick up says he will come round but never shows up. Eli's lack of communication and basically stealing my money is completely unprofessional. I will be logging this with disputes tribunal.
