Fix window rubbers

We have some mullion windows in our 45 year old home where the rubbers have receded and it looks messy. I estimate there are 12 windows the same as the full picture that need attention. There are also some ranchsliders handles that need the locking lever replaced if possible. We would like a quote for this work - we are selling and not sure if its worth it? I see your default estimate below is $4-5k but am hoping that would be based on a houselot! Cheers, Deb
