Door Latch & Door Handle fix

1) Door Stopper Fix - The door stop on our front door had a door banged into it and has come out of the vinyl slightly. The screw locking it in is bent, likely needs to be replaced and secured back into the floor 2) Door latch fix - The door 'latch' (the part that keeps the door closed when it shuts) is broken and needs replacing
