Remove & Replace Front Door

Hey Guys! We are looking at having our Front Door Replaced in the next 6 months or so, and wanting to see if we can find someone willing to do the LABOUR ONLY. Photos attached of existing door, and expected new door. We are not wanting to reinstall the fly screen. Old Door and Screen are yours to on sell if you wish. Or we can - up to you. We will order the New Door, in its Jamb, new head flashing and incl Handle through NZ Windows. We are just looking for a Builder to put it all together - as its out of our depth. New Door will be custom sized to fit the space exactly - no need for a new Lintel. Yes we know there will be some GIB repairs and potential cladding repairs to touch up afterwards, which we are happy to handle ourselves. Scribers look in good nick, might be able to re use them, but happy to talk window facings if things go pear shaped during removal. If we vibe with you, we are happy to work with some dates that work for you to help fill your job book. We know its a bit quiet out there, so trying to be flexible.
