WaterProofing Front Door
Job description
At my second floor front door, water is getting under and leaking to the ceiling of the bottom floor (the garage/laundry.) We require investigation to how the leak is occurring and to potentially replace front door or waterproof the door area. We do think this requires an experienced builder. There may e some repair work of the ceiling in the garage as well.

This job is an elusive tracking a leak from our 2 story front door to the ceiling below in our garage. I appreciate a solution was found within 20 minutes of arriving, that could become the problem solver.However we all agree Joel and team may have to have another go at this. This job is potentially a process of elimination a few builders have had a"crack at". But I have great confidence Joel and team will conquer in the end. Thanks so much Lads.
