Window repair- replacement to French door

Hi there, I have a dodgy window in our rental property, it’s leaking and causing damage to the walls and floor boards. It’s is the only aluminium frame in the house and was there when we bought it. I thought it would be a good idea to remove this window and replace with second hand French doors that fit the space. And a small deck out the front. Have money aside for this work as have known it was needing work but only realised it’s rotting floorboards now and walls! Will need an experienced builder!
