Binding front door

Hi there We’re getting ready to put our house on the market and the front door is binding / rubbing / getting stuck. It looks like on the bottom left end. All the hinges are tight. My technical skills are exhausted. Would greatly appreciate some help this week if possible to get it sorted. There is a crack in the bottom of the frame that could be causing this? But we thought a professional might have more ideas.
