French door repair

The house has an old French Door leading to the rear deck. The bottom of one side of the doors has rot in it. Since the doors are old, they are a strange size and it has been impossible to find a replacement. We need the rotten panel(s) to be repaired. The orange on the photo is just water proofing to help stop more damage from the rain
