Front door draft issue plus install bolts

Our front door seems to let a lot of draft through. We notice when we stand inside and push the door towards the outside it moves a reasonable amount and if we have it pushed like this the draft stops. It is a wooden door in aluminium frame. We would like someone who knows a bit about doors to have a look and find what's causing this issue and a possible solution. Also we would like a dead bolt installed on this door high up so our toddler cannot escape! We would also like bolts on 2 other doors around the house (one going to garage and one for a bedroom)
