Garage side door repair

Our garage side door, which is aluminum framed, will not open and close properly. It is very tight in its framing, sometimes not allowing you to open or close at all. Our house was built in 2004, using Harley Aluminum door and window framing. The side door was opening an closing ok when we first took ownership, but over time it has been worse. It's almost like the frame around the door was just right on the limit of tolerance when they first fitted the door, and since then the house has settled and the door will now not fit properly. The tight fit becomes more prominent during the hotter months. Can you help?
