Bifold door repair, 2 other doors need some repairs (as in description).

The lower pivot of one bifold door has broken, meaning that it cannot be opened/closed easily. Also, the outside gate door doesn't close easily - I think it has expanded. Finally, an door catches on the aluminum base as you try to open and close it.
