6 new awning windows and one glass pane replacement with cut for dog door

I need 6 new timber frame awning windows for openings sized approximately: 4No. 660mm W x 1100 H 1No. 370mm W x 530mm H 1No. 660mm W x 550mm H Also, 1 glass pane replacement for timber french door (window putty) and circular hole cut for dog door, size: 450mm W x 565mm H with 385mm Diameter circular hole close to the bottom of the pane (50mm from edge - is this possible without cracking the glass? Sides are even closer to the hole than the bottom) Assume that the contractor will need to measure up on site properly and modify existing timber window frames as needed. All dimensions are approximate. Thanks heaps
