New hardware on old villa doors

I need someone skilled to fit new hardware on old kauri/rimu doors, and cut out and fit the striking plates. Ideally you would come and take a look at the exact job to be done as the doors are all slightly different. I have the new handles but need advice on the locking mechanisms to buy
