Move internal door from one wall to another

We are converting our large walk in wardrobe into a small bedroom for a new arrival due in a few months. The existing door to the wardrobe is off the master bedroom, but we'd like to move the door to the adjacent wall opening to the hallway. However, first we'd need advice to confirm that we can actually install a door in that wall, ie... load bearing, bracing etc. I have the original house plans and can provide more details if required. The job is only to extract the existing door (not sure if framing could be reused), and install the door in the new wall. The gap left behind into the master bedroom does not need to be filled.
