Aluminium window maintenence in Ascot Park

We are buying a house in Ascot Park with aluminium windows which have been poorly fitted. There are missing flashings and sills, flashing where sills should be, a hinge that needs replacing, sills that need replacing, a window head flashing that needs attention and some inside seals that need replacing. These tasks must be undertaken on either Saturday 30th July, Sunday 31 July, Tuesday 2nd August or Thursday 4th August. A tax invoice will be required. I am able to show interested parties the work involved any time prior to this (outside access only until Saturday 30th July). The person undertaking the work will need a ladder to access the upper storey.
