A couple of delays in starting the work as planned. Job also took abit longer so cost was abit more than first quoted. HOWEVER, despite the above for me Communications was the key - excellent. Delays and reason why were well communicated by Joe. Readily available to talk/text. Figured cost of work would be more than first quoted but this was discussed and agreed too. Job well done. Thank you Richard, many thanks Joe. Will be sure to contact/recommend for any future work.
