1. Broken Wardrobe Door - inside bedroom - hole on inside of wardrobe door which left crack on the outer part of the wardrobe door (caused by a fist) 2. External door handle - door in dining area to go outside - handles are fine but inside the actual handle is not clicking so to keep door closed we have to lock it. would like to have an itemised quote per job too please and will determine if i can cover the other 2 tasks to be included. (only if able - odd jobs - 1. need smartvent filters to be replaced / 2. bathroom extractor fan is not working to full capacity-for a long period of time) our house is going on the market Friday 17/09 but obviously no open homes till a another week. so these jobs need to be completed urgently asap please. thank you. take care and be safe
