Install Window Stays

Wishing to have someone install window stays on seven windows in an upstairs townhouse. Not much of a handyman and have been unable to do myself. Looking to get someone in to do it. Have partially install some but having trouble. Happy to purchase the additional windows stays unless you are able to get a better discount. Any assistance would be great as I have a toddler now.
