Our former flatmate says she pulled the handle normally one day and it ripped out of the closet door. Our property manager doesn't believe this was from a normal amount of force, and so it's on us to get it fixed. While it does have a turning function, it was installed in a way that it would only turn "up", and not connected to any bolt/locking mechanism. One opinion we got said we'd need to replace the whole door. That seems a bit much? What do you reckon?
