Installing a ranch-sliding door.

I'm planning to take off my garage roller door and install a ranch-sliding door to the entrance of my garage (please find the attached) to use my garage as a home office. As far as I know, a building consent is not required for this job (please advise me if a building consent is required). 1. What I want from you (1) Applying for a building consent (if required). (2) Install a ranch sliding door (I'm going to buy a double glazed window). 2. What I can provide for this job (1) All necessary materials except for tools that are normally used for installation works because probabably I don't have them as I'm not a builder (e.g. cement, water, a double glazed sliding door, H-treated woods, etc.). 3. I have to get a CCC for this job. Therefore, all the works must comply with the standards and regulations of Auckland council. All works must satisfy CCC requirements. 4. Please let me know how much it would cost for this job.
