Heavy glass sliding door is hard to open or close, very stiff and getting worse in recent years, need to be fixed.

As problem was never fully fixed by Adam, called another xx company that took out the sliding door & found 2 old rusted wheels not replaced with new ones as Adam quoted, Adam explained rusted carriage ok to be reused but xx company said the new wheel should be attached with new carriage. Their price for the wheels was less than Adams and also cleaned the tracks which fully fixed the problem at a similar cost. Adam promised a refund for the wheels last week but he has done nothing........
