We have an Aluminium Door, single panel with 3 hinges, it is side entry to our garage. Our home is 11 years old, this door has never been right but somehow manageable. It has been misaligned, so is hard to shut. I think it just needs the hinges to be replaced so the gap on the hinge side can be made smaller to give the door room to close on the other side
