Window to door

I would like to convert a window into a door. The window is where we have a WC downstairs near the kitchen. We would either remove the WC or move it over to take some of the room of the bedroom next door. Would this be doable? The window is in the corner of the house. I have attached photos of the window and where it is located. What would an estimate cost be? Thanks
