Exterior door reframing

Improperly sealed flashing has caused water to seep into timber framing of exterior aluminium doors. The top timber has completely rotted through and needs replaced. Additionally, the bottom timber resting on the concrete pad is not fixed and can be taken out by hand. At minimum the rotted timber needs replaced, the bottom timber fixed, and sealing needs redone. We have the budget to talk anything else that might be necessary - replacing the whole frame or existing doors, adding an awning, sorting out any consent issues, etc, as long as it gets done right. Flexible on timing but the sooner the better.
