Install new doorway

Our existing laundry is accessed via a doorway from the toilet. We would like to see if it is possible to cut through the hallway into the laundry and put a new door into the laundry, so that it will exist as a separate room. We would then like the doorway from the toilet to the laundry blocked up. Please note we are only home from 6pm weekdays so would need to be visited to inspect for a quote one evening or the weekend. Happy for the work to be carried out during day of course as we don't need to be there :)
