We found Allan to be really pushy. We asked him to come and do a quote and then before we could accept his quote he had emailed saying he was coming in the next day to start the job, we felt we were backed into a corner. Before he even started the job we told him that it was an insurance job and that our landlord's insurance company was going to pay him but he threaten to take us to court because the insurance company took so long to pay out in his eyes, as our landlord was overseas.
